Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via the Oco app or website to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Hardware
Place the Oco camera, mounting kits, and power cables back into their original packaging to ensure the device is protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
